These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the website, online store, products, and services offered by SPN Blades.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

Before placing an order, please make sure that you are legally allowed to purchase, import, receive, own, and possess the product in your location.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your location to purchase collector blade-shaped display items, whichever is higher;
  • the item may legally be imported, delivered, owned, and possessed in your country, state, province, or locality;
  • you will not use the item for any unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited purpose;
  • all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.

If we believe that fulfilling an order may be unlawful, unsafe, commercially unreasonable, or in breach of these Terms, we may need to refuse, cancel, or refund the order.

3. Products

SPN Blades sells custom-produced, limited-batch blade-shaped collector pieces and related items.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all blades are sold as non-sharp, non-functional display collector pieces. They are not sold as weapons, tools, self-defense products, survival equipment, or functional cutting instruments.

Product photos, renders, descriptions, measurements, and colors are provided as general references. Because items may be custom-produced, handmade, batch-finished, or produced in limited quantities, small differences between product images and the final item may occur.

These minor variations are not considered defects as long as the item substantially matches the product description and agreed specifications.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected item under these Terms.

Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance by email or begin processing, production, or fulfillment.

Before acceptance, we may need to reject or cancel an order if:

  • product information, pricing, or availability was incorrect;
  • payment could not be verified;
  • the shipping address is incomplete or appears invalid;
  • we believe shipment may be restricted or unlawful;
  • the order appears fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to these Terms.

If we cancel an order before production has started, we will refund the amount paid, unless the cancellation was caused by fraud, chargeback abuse, or other unlawful conduct.

5. Preorders and Production Timeline

All orders are currently handled as preorders. Items are custom-produced in limited batches.

We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

If there is a material delay or change to your order status, we will notify you by email.

6. Custom and Limited-Batch Nature of the Products

Our items may be made, finished, assembled, modified, or produced specifically for a customer, preorder group, batch, or limited release.

For custom, personalized, preorder, or limited-batch items, cancellation, return, and refund options may be limited once production, sourcing, design work, finishing, packaging, or order-specific preparation has started.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed on the website.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or similar charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms.

If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we will contact you and may cancel the order with a refund.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We currently offer worldwide shipping, subject to applicable shipping, customs, import, and carrier restrictions.

Shipping is currently free on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Risk of loss or damage may transfer according to the mandatory law applicable to your order. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to delivery, damaged goods, or non-delivery.

9. Customs, Import Rules, and Delivery Restrictions

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance fees, inspections, or local import procedures.

These charges and procedures are the buyer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

The buyer is responsible for checking whether the ordered item may legally be imported, delivered, owned, and possessed in the destination country, state, province, or locality.

If a package is refused, returned, abandoned, seized, delayed, or destroyed because of import restrictions, unpaid customs charges, incorrect address information, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to comply with local law, we may deduct shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, payment fees, and the non-resellable value of any custom or preorder work from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In general:

  • custom, personalized, preorder, and limited-batch items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production or order-specific work has started;
  • standard, non-custom items may be returnable if eligible under our Refund Policy;
  • defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming items will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Product Inspection and Issues

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@spnblades.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photos or video showing the issue;
  • photos of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged;
  • a short description of the problem.

Please contact us before returning any item.

12. Safety, Handling, and Use

Although SPN Blades items are sold as non-sharp, non-functional display collector pieces, they may still have rigid edges, pointed shapes, small parts, or materials that require careful handling.

You agree to handle, store, display, and transport all items safely and lawfully.

You agree not to:

  • use, carry, display, modify, sharpen, or transport an item in an unlawful or unsafe manner;
  • use an item as a weapon or self-defense tool;
  • resell or transfer an item to any person who is not legally allowed to receive it;
  • misrepresent an item as a functional weapon or official licensed product unless we clearly state otherwise.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, product names, product designs, photos, graphics, logos, branding, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SPN Blades unless stated otherwise.

Please do not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You may share our product pages or images for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not remove branding, misrepresent the products, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist.

14. User Content, Reviews, and Communications

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, feedback, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for operating, improving, and promoting our business, unless you clearly tell us otherwise in writing.

We may remove or choose not to publish user content at our discretion.

15. Website Use

Please use our website and services responsibly.

You agree not to:

  • interfere with the security or operation of the website;
  • use automated scraping, bots, or similar tools without permission;
  • attempt to access non-public systems or data;
  • submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent information;

We aim to describe and produce our items accurately and to resolve customer issues fairly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not provide any warranty beyond what is clearly stated on our website, in these Terms, or required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, product liability, sale of goods, or other laws.

For consumers in the European Union, mandatory legal guarantee rights for faulty or non-conforming goods may apply and cannot be excluded by these Terms.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPN Blades is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, customs issues, import refusal, or delays outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, product liability, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for losses, claims, costs, damages, fines, penalties, or expenses arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your unlawful import, possession, handling, resale, modification, or use of an item;
  • incorrect information provided by you;
  • your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

This clause does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

20. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include production disruptions, material shortages, carrier delays, customs delays, strikes, natural events, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, regulatory changes, payment provider disruptions, or technical failures.

If such an event materially affects your order, we will notify you where reasonably possible.

21. Changes to Products, Website, and Terms

We may update our products, website, policies, and these Terms from time to time.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring claims before the courts of your place of residence where mandatory law provides this.

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Do not include an outdated EU Online Dispute Resolution platform link here unless you have confirmed that such a link is still legally required in your jurisdiction.

24. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
